I regularly participate in different events sharing my knowledge and experience with the colleagues all over the world.I am a member of TESOL Spain, the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language and IATEFL Business English Special Interests Group (BESIG), where I particularly enjoy presenting.
Since starting my career as a Business English Trainer 13 years ago, I've been lucky to work with the companies in Russia, France, Switzerland and Spain. 10 years of business experience (Human Resources Director) gave me the profound knowledge of business processes so that I can help my students achieve their professional goals.
I am passionate about teaching, and am constantly trying to develop professionally. To that end, I blog here, more actively on Instagram. Being an Instagram blogger allows me to help other teachers build their careers, avoid burnouts and find inspiration.

I'm very driven by what I do. I am certainly very competitive. I like people who represent the best at what they do, and if that turns you into a perfectionist, then maybe I am.
I am a lifelong learner, actively participating in offline and online professional development.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching films, cooking, baking, and travelling with my family. I share this part of my private life on Instagram.

I am a former ballet dancer, now keen on mountain biking. It gives the opportunity to rest of noise pollution (I am very sensitive to it) and re-connect with the nature, so badly missed when living in a big city.
This unconditional love to nature had aroused my awareness of ecological problems, so with my family we recycle regularly and I am doing my best to be an eco-friendly teacher (my courses are 100% paper free).
I am married to the most supporting man in the world. We have two lovely trilingual kids.
And, of course, I love learning languages.
I speak Spanish, French (a bit less confidently) and Russian. My current dream is to learn Catalan and Portuguese.
